- Minimālā Dāvanu kartes vērtība ir 50 euro. Dāvanu kartes vērtības solis ir 5 euro.
- Dāvanu karti Pircējs ir tiesīgs nodot trešajām personām, informējot šīs personas par Dāvanu kartes iegādes un lietošanas noteikumiem un nodrošinot to, ka šīs personas piekrīt un ievēro visus Dāvanu kartes iegādes un lietošanas noteikumus.
- Iegādājoties Dāvanu karti, Pircējs apliecina, ka ir iepazinies ar Silene Resort & SPA pakalpojumu aprakstu un cenām. Pircējam ir zināms, ka Silene Resort & SPA var atteikties sniegt atsevišķus pakalpojumus personai, kas neatbilst pakalpojuma sniegšanai izvirzītajām prasībām, un šādā gadījuma ne Pircējam, ne Dāvanu kartes lietotājam netiek atgriezta par Dāvanu karti samaksātā nauda.
II Dāvanu kartes lietošanas noteikumi
Dāvanu kartes derīguma termiņš
- Dāvanu kartes derīguma termiņš ir 12 (divpadsmit) mēneši no tās iegādes dienas. Dāvanu kartes derīguma termiņš tiek norādīts uz Dāvanu kartes. Par Dāvanu kartes derīguma termiņa pēdējo dienu uzskatāms datums pēc 12 mēnešiem, kas sakrīt ar Dāvanu kartes iegādes datumu, līdz pulksten 24.00 pēc Latvijas laika.
- Dāvanu kartes derīguma termiņš nav pagarināms vai atjaunojams.
Dāvanu kartes izmantošanas kārtība
- Dāvanu karti var izmantot Silene Resort & SPA sniegto pakalpojumu apmaksai ( Restorāna pakalpojumi, Veselības centra Silene pakalpojumi, Šmakovkas laboratorijas apmeklējums, viesnīcas pakalpojumi).
- Dāvanu karti vari izmantot tikai tās derīguma termiņa laikā.
- Dāvanu karte pēc tās derīguma termiņa nav izmantojama norēķiniem.
- Dāvanu karte nav apmaināma pret naudu ne tās derīguma termiņa laikā, ne pēc derīguma termiņa beigām.
- Dāvanu karte ir izmantojama vienā apmeklējuma laikā, kuru kopējā summa nepārsniedz Dāvanu kartes vērtību.
Viltota Dāvanu karte
- Silene Resort & SPA patur sev tiesības pārbaudīt Dāvanu kartes un konfiscēt visas viltotās dāvanu kartes.
- Dāvanu karšu kopēšana, citāda pavairošana un atkārtota pārdošana jebkādā veidā ir aizliegta.
- Pircējs un Dāvanu kartes lietotājs ir atbildīgs par Dāvanu kartes un tās datu saglabāšanu un turēšanu slepenībā, lai novērstu iespējamo trešo personu prettiesisku rīcību.
III Atteikuma tiesības
- Dāvanu kartes Pircējs nav tiesīgs atteikties no Dāvanu kartes un samaksātā naudas summa netiek atgriezta, izņemot šajos noteikumos īpaši norādītos gadījumus.
- Ja Pircējs ir fiziska persona, Pircējam ir tiesības atteikties no Dāvanu kartes iegādes darījuma, paziņojot par to Silene resort & SPA rakstveidā 48 (četrdesmit astoņu) stundu laikā no Dāvanu kartes iegādes brīža.
- Paziņojums par atteikuma tiesību izmantošanu:
- nosūtāms uz elektroniskā pasta adresi info@silene.lv;
- jānosūta no Pircēja elektroniskās pasta adreses.
- Paziņojums par atteikuma tiesību izmantošanu tiek uzskatīts par saņemtu dienā, kad tas ir nosūtīts uz elektroniskā pasta adresi elektroniskā pasta adresi , ja nosūtīšanas diena ir darba diena, vai nākamajā darba dienā, ja nosūtīšanas diena ir brīvdiena vai svētku diena.
- Pēc Paziņojuma par atteikuma tiesību izmantošanu saņemšanas Silene Resort & SPA anulē attiecīgo Dāvanu karti un Pircēja pienākums ir nekavējoties pēc atgrieztās naudas saņemšanas iznīcināt dāvanu karti.
- Atteikuma tiesības nav izmantojamas, ja Dāvanu karte jau lietota norēķiniem par precēm vai pakalpojumiem.
- Saņemot iepriekšējā punktā norādīto Pircēja paziņojumu par atteikšanos no Dāvanu kartes iegādes darījuma, Silene Resort & SPA 48 (četrdesmit astoņu) stundu laikā pārskaita Pircējam par Dāvanu karti saņemto naudu.
- Atteikuma tiesības ir tikai Pircējam, un naudas atgriešana minētajā gadījumā tiek veikta tikai Pircējam, nevis jebkuram Dāvanu kartes lietotājam.
IV Datu aizsardzība un noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas novēršana
- Silene Resort & SPA pirms Dāvanu kartes izsniegšanas ir tiesības veikt klientu identifikācijas un izpētes procedūras saskaņā ar normatīvo aktu prasībām, tai skaitā pieprasīt Dāvanu kartes Pircējam un lietotājam iesniegt papildus datus un informāciju, kas pēc Silene Resort & SPA uzskata ir nepieciešama klienta identifikācijas un izpētes procedūru veikšanai, un atteikties izsniegt Dāvanu karti vai slēgt citus darījumus ar Pircēju vai Dāvanu kartes lietotāju, ja klienta identifikācija nav iespējama vai ja Silene Resort & SPA ir aizdomas par iespējamu nelikumīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas mēģinājumu, kā arī citos normatīvajos aktos paredzētos gadījumos.
- Silene Resorta & SPA nav atbildīga par saistību pienācīgu izpildi, ja Pircēja iesniegtie dati ir nepatiesi, neprecīzi vai nav sniegti visi pieprasītie dati.
- Pircējs apliecina savu piekrišanu savu iesniegto datu apstrādei šī darījuma izpildes vajadzībām.
